TaxiLoad – Account Deletion
TaxiLoad allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data. You can use this page to submit a deletion request, or — if you are signed in to the TaxiLoad app — delete your account instantly from Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
How to delete your TaxiLoad account
- Fastest: in the TaxiLoad app, open Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account and confirm. Deletion happens immediately after confirmation.
- Using this page: fill in the form below with the phone number or email registered with TaxiLoad and tap “Request Account Deletion”.
- Our support team verifies ownership of the account and completes verified requests.
- We confirm completion on the email address or mobile number you provide.
Before you submit — please read
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Your personal account information — login identity, profile details, saved contacts, saved locations, notifications, device registrations and driver documents — will be deleted according to TaxiLoad's data deletion policy.
- Operational and legal records that must be retained (completed trips, invoices, payments, settlements) may be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and legal obligations. These records are anonymized so they can no longer identify you.
- Please ensure you have completed any active bookings, trips, payments or settlements before requesting deletion.
This action is final. You will need to register again to use TaxiLoad after deletion.
