Terms of Service — TaxiLoad

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using TaxiLoad at taxiload.in, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and able to enter a binding contract. Drivers must hold a valid licence and vehicle documents.

3. The service

TaxiLoad is a technology platform that connects customers needing goods transport with independent drivers. We are not the carrier; drivers are independent operators.

4. Payments

Fares are shown before confirming a trip. Payment may be collected by the assigned receiver (driver, vehicle owner, or company account) per the routing configured for that order.

5. Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, falsify documents, transport prohibited goods, or harass other users. Violations may result in suspension.

6. Liability

TaxiLoad provides the platform "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from trips arranged through the platform.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
